Class D Amplifier

Powerful Sound

With a high-quality Class D amplifier built into the Q Acoustics E120, you’re sure to benefit from an impactful sound. Capable of offering 25W power across 2 channels at 6 Ohms, this is the perfect solution for a single room install with a pair of speakers.

Two speaker outputs positioned on the back of the unit allow you to play your audio in left and right stereo, or select dual-mono if your two speakers are positioned further away from each other.

Bluetooth 5.0, DAB & Wired Sources

Range of Connections

Powerful Bluetooth 5.0 has been built into the E120 allowing for easy wireless connection from a variety of Bluetooth enabled sources. Whether you want to play your music from a streaming service, enjoy a podcast or listen to an audiobook you’ll be able to access all of your favourite content from your phone or laptop and beam this easily to your speakers.

The Q Acoustics E120 also has a DAB+ and FM radio receiver built right into the unit, allowing you to enjoy your favourite stations over your built-in speakers. Five stored preset options on the front of the touch panel also allow you to save your favourite radio stations for quick access at the touch of a button.

Digital and analogue connections on the back of the unit make it easy to connect your speakers to the TV or another wired source like a Turntable, MP3 Player or CD Player. The rear analogue audio output can also be configured to connect an external subwoofer if you wish.

Given the E120s IP54 weather rating, it’s suitable for use in moist environments like Kitchen and Bathrooms. You can also connect outdoor weather-rated speakers to the E120 amplifier system for music in the garden or balcony, just bear in mind that the E120 control panel will need to be wall-mounted indoors.

Touch-panel control

High-Quality, Zero-fuss design

The Q Acoustics E120 control panel and amplifier can be installed neatly into the wall, and takes up the same amount of space as a standard 2-plug socket. Sleek and glossy in both a white and black colourway, the E120 will blend seamlessly into your room. Its IP54 rated touch screen, remote control and easy-to-use radio station presets make it perfect for use in the bathroom or kitchen when your hands may not be totally dry. You’ll also be able to see track names, the channel you’re listening to and more on the digital display screen on front of the E120.

All speaker and power cabling can be neatly hidden in the wall and ceiling cavity (if using in-ceiling speakers) allowing for a clean and discreet install.

Easy Installation

Everything you need to install your speakers is included in the box. Each speaker will just need to be connected to the back of the E120 using the supplied 16 Gauge 2-Core Speaker Cable, then connected to mains power using the supplied power cable. If unsure, we’d recommend contacting a qualified electrician for installation.

All internals are protected using the supplied back box, meaning this product will meet fire regulations. A 3m antenna extension cable is also supplied for uninterrupted listening to your favourite radio stations.
