Out Of Hours Technical Support

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your Sonos equipment and it is out of our working hours, you may wish to contact the 24/7 Sonos Technical Support team who are available on Twitter, Facebook Messenger 24/7 and email and phone (0800 026 1526 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Alternatively, leave us a voicemail or email our support team and we will attempt to get back to you within 24 hours.

Delivery

We offer free, next day delivery on all orders. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery. If an order (over £150) is placed before 4pm on a Friday it will be dispatched on a one hour timed Saturday delivery. Alternatively, you can request for the items to be delivered on Sunday or next working day at no additional charge.

Any orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day for next day delivery.

All deliveries will have email and text notifications, enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one hour. We know how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for a parcel!

Next day delivery excludes Ireland, which will be a 1 or 2-day delivery depending on location with an additional cost. Please call or email us for more details.

At Smart Home Sounds, we endeavour to provide the best possible service on the market to our customers and are always looking for ways to go the extra mile. We understand investing in a top quality speaker or home cinema system is a big thing and we want to give you complete peace of mind when you purchase a Sonos system from us.

And because we are so impressed with the build quality of all Sonos products, we now offer an automatic 6 year warranty on all Sonos products at no extra cost. If your product becomes faulty in the first 6 years from purchase, we will repair or replace your unit with a brand new item. In the event your product is unrepairable and the model purchased is no longer available, customers will be issued with a store credit for the full value of the failed product.

We do send loyalty emails but please get in touch before your next purchase so we can arrange your discount. Firstly, as a company of avid music fans, we believe music should be heard as the artist intended - and purchasing audio products should ultimately be about listening! Historically, dedicated listening rooms have been reserved for the HiFi elite and in general, a Sonos demo is normally experienced in a noisy, large open showroom, which does not simulate most peoples Lounge, Kitchen or Bedroom accurately. Our listening pod allows our customers to experience the complete family of Sonos PLAY speakers in great depth as well as experiencing the Sonos home theater surround sound set-up. We also encourage our visitors to dive into the Sonos app and select their favourite music when demoing the Sonos speakers.
