The Sonus Faber Lumina II speakers are made in Italy and boast a historic heritage. Offering a luxury, minimalist design these are the largest bookshelf speakers in the Lumina collection. While they still retain a compact versatile design, they are perfect for placing in a bookshelf or shelving unit and can fill a medium sized room well.

Luxury, Minimalist Design

The minimalist design of the Lumina IIs highlights the premium quality of the materials used. Most notable is the multilayer wood of the front baffle and the real wood veneer available in a choice of walnut and wenge, both with a matte finish and maple inlays or an additional option of piano black. 

All other surfaces are hand-covered in Sonus Faber’s iconic black leather.

Premium, Room-Filling Sound Performance

These loudspeakers are ideal for both stereo listening and as rears in a home theater setup. As the largest bookshelf speakers in the Lumina range, the Lumina IIs are capable of filling a medium sized space well with impressive sound.

The addition of the reflex port provides added versatility as the Lumina IIs are less sensitive to placement. This means you will experience a great sound performance, even if you place it close to a wall.

Internals

The Lumina II features a 29mm D.A.D (damped Apex Dome) tweeter, also found in their more premium Sonetto range. Chrome detailing around the driver highlights the shape and proportion while outlining the voice of Sonus Faber.

A brand-new 6” midwoofer, designed specifically for the Lumina collection, boasts a custom-made basket and diaphragm based on cellulose pulp blended with other natural fibers for accurate mids and impressive bass.
