When adding Sub to other Sonos speakers Sub takes over the lowest frequencies, enhancing the mid-range playback from paired speakers to enhance your listening experience.

Pair it with the Sonos Beam or Arc to create a 3.1 Sonos home cinema setup. Take it one step further and add 2x Sonos One or One SL as surround sound rears for the ultimate immersive experience for your favourite films or TV shows.

A. No, the Sub will work off your wifi network meaning you won't need to run wires between the Sub and Sonos speaker you wish to connect it to.

Q. Can I connect the Sub to a speaker group?

A. Yes, you'll be able to connect the Sub to a Sonos speaker of your choice (excluding the Sonos Move) and this will play with any group the speaker is connected to.

Q. Can I connect a pair of Subs to a Sonos Speaker?

A. Yes, on the Sonos S2 app you will be able to add two Sonos Subs to play with a single speaker. At least one of these Subs will need to be a Gen 3.
