The JBL Studio 2 6IC in-ceiling speakers will fill your space with signature JBL sound without taking up any valuable space in your room. A 1-inch tweeter is matched with a high-definition imaging waveguide to provide accurate sound reproduction, wide coverage, and minimal distortion. A 6.5-inch woofer also helps to deliver deep and impactful bass, perfect for all entertainment.
Sonos Amp
The Sonos Amp provides the brains for your system and powers the pair of JBL Studio 2 6IC in-ceiling speakers. You’re able to power up to two pairs of JBL Studio 2 6IC in-ceiling speakers on a single amp, so please check out the Sonos Amp + 4x JBL Studio 2 6IC Bundle if you require extra speakers.
Hassle-Free Setup & Installation
Cabling is minimal and stress-free. You will just need to connect each JBL Studio 2 6IC ceiling speaker to the Sonos Amp via a length of 16 Gauge 2-core speaker cable. You will not need to purchase separate banana plugs as they’re built into the Amp and speakers.
The JBL Studio 2 6IC offers quick and simple installation thanks to the XL-2 mounting mechanism. This sturdy and dependable mechanical grip allows for easy installation on walls up to 2-inches thick and is designed to reduce unwanted vibrations. The paintable, nearly bezelless magnetic grille also makes this speaker perfect for blending into any room or setup.
How This Works With Sonos
When connected to the Sonos Amp, the JBL Studio 2 6IC in-ceiling speakers will work with any other Sonos speakers around the home as part of a wider multi-room system. Group rooms together to play the same music throughout your home or enjoy different content in different areas of your home.
You can also link the Sonos Amp wirelessly to a Sonos Soundbar and use the in-ceiling speakers as surround sound rears.
