Does the Sonos Ace require the Sonos app to set up and use?
No. Sonos Ace uses Bluetooth to pair with devices. You can access additional features including EQ settings and head tracking via the Sonos app on a device with internet connection.
Does the Sonos Ace require WiFi?
No. Sonos Ace uses Bluetooth to pair with and connect to devices.
Which soundbars work with Sonos Ace?
At launch, Sonos Ace will work with Sonos Arc only. Support for Beam (Gen 2), Beam, and Ray will be rolling out soon.
When will TrueCinema be available?
TrueCinema will roll out via a software update soon.
How can I hear spatial audio and lossless audio on Sonos Ace?
Sonos Ace supports lossless tracks and spatial audio tracks available in Dolby Atmos or Sony 360 Reality Audio from Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, and Deezer. To hear lossless audio, customers can use the included 3.5mm to USB-C cable, or can listen via Bluetooth with an Android device that includes Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound AptX for lossless.

We endeavour to provide the best service possible & go the extra mile. We are so impressed with the build quality of Sonos, we offer an automatic 6-year extended warranty on all Sonos speakers* at no extra cost, giving you complete peace of mind.
If your product becomes faulty in the first 6 years from purchase, we will repair or replace your unit with a brand new item. If the product is unrepairable and the model purchased is no longer available, you will be issued with a store credit for the full value paid of the failed product.
