The Sonos Amp acts as the brains to your system and powers the Sonos In-Ceiling Speakers, offering an impressive 125W per channel. Perfectly impedance matched to the Sonos In-Ceiling speakers, you can use two Amps for home cinema: one controlling your TV front speakers and the other controlling surround speakers.

Sonos In-Ceiling Speakers by Sonance

The Sonos In-Ceiling Speakers by Sonance provide a sleek, discreet solution to achieving Hi-Fi quality audio. Two pairs working separately on two Sonos amps will create a wirelessly connected 4.0 home cinema with a dedicated two-speaker front channel with a phantom centre speaker and dedicated left and right rear surrounds.

Hassle-Free Setup & Installation

At a shallow mounting depth of 121mm, the Sonos In-ceiling speakers will install neatly into most ceiling voids. The inbuilt dog foot clamps allow for minimal fuss installation, ensuring you don’t require any additional screws or fixtures.

Installation is simple, only requiring you to run 16 Gauge 2-Core Speaker Cable from each Amp to the corresponding set of in-ceiling speakers.  

Simply connect one Sonos Amp to your TV via HDMI-ARC and wirelessly connect both amps together using the Sonos S2 App. Then, sit back, relax and play your TV shows and movies through your newly installed ceiling speakers.

Setup Need To Knows 

During setup of your amp and ceiling speaker pairs, select “As TV front speakers” or “As TV surround speakers” when asked “How do you want to use Sonos Amp?”. Remember, the Amp’s SUB output and line input are disabled when Amp is used as TV surround speakers.

When using Amp as front TV speakers, check your TV’s HDMI ports to confirm that your TV supports HDMI-ARC. If your TV doesn’t have an HDMI-ARC port, you will need an optical audio adapter to complete the TV Setup.

How This Works With Sonos

When connected to the Sonos Amp, the Sonos in-ceiling speakers will work with any other Sonos speakers around the home as part of your multi-room system. Group rooms to play the same music throughout your home or enjoy different content in different areas of your home. 

You can also link the Sonos Amp wirelessly to a Sonos soundbar and use the in-ceiling speakers as surround sound rears.
