The Debut EVO 2 features an 8.6‘‘ one-piece carbon tonearm design. The super stiff but lightweight tonearm delivers a superb level of sound quality with a convincing soundstage. The tonearm tube is mounted in a CNC-milled aluminium block with low-friction bearings, helping this turntable combat any unwanted resonances.

Meticulously designed to match the carbon fibre tonearm, the Debut EVO 2 cones with a pre-installed Pick It MM EVO cartridge fitted as standard. Developed in collaboration with Ortofon, this cartridge ensures excellent tracking and first-class sound quality that you can truly feel.
Smooth Drive, Clean Power
Sophisticated Drive System
The Debut EVO 2's premium belt-drive system employs a proprietary AC motor, decoupled from the main chassis by TPE, and is driven by a sophisticated DC/AC power generator. This configuration ensures a clean, stable power supply, resulting in exceptional rotational accuracy and minimal vibrations. A discrete power switch beneath the plinth allows for easy switching between 33 and 45 RPM. An optional pulley and drive belt can be purchased separately for 78 RPM playback.

Following the tradition of the Debut Carbon EVO, the Debut Evo 2’s standout feature goes beyond just sonic performance. Available in either a Debut EVO 2 Satin Finish or Debut EVO 2 Gloss Finish, the Debut EVO 2 is available in a total of 10 unique colour variations, including a new satin wine red, and a real-wood walnut veneer.

Improved Platter Design
The Debut EVO 2’s heavy 1.7 kg die-cast aluminium platter gets reworked and precision balanced in an extra step to obtain perfection. The heavy aluminium platter has a ring made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) on the inside that helps to dampen all resonances and thus minimise wow and flutter. The Debut EVO 2 platter is also anti-magnetic, which allows you to use a MC cartridge if you are looking to upgrade in the future.

The Debut EVO 2's minimalist rectangular footprint, crafted from MDF for its anti-resonant qualities, exudes elegance. A new machining process and recessed RCA junction box helps to reduce the number of hollow spaces within the turntable. Three height-adjustable metal feet, featuring TPE damping, provide a sleek black finish and minimise any unwanted vibrations, creating an ideal platform for record playback.

This warranty covers genuine confirmed manufacture defects.
