Detailed Sound with C-CAM
Using Monitor Audio’s 6.5” C-CAM Driver, which has been modelled on the company’s award-winning hi-fi speaker technology, offers crisp and clear performance with a strong bass element.
The C-CAM (Ceramic Coated Aluminium Magnesium) gold treble unit gives an extended frequency response for a treble response that's smooth, sweet and detailed. A high-frequency adjustment control enables you to tune the treble response to suit the surrounding environment.
Adjustable Sound
The tweeter within the C265 is completely pivotable, making it easy to direct sound towards the most occupied areas of your space. This is also perfect for use as surround sound rears as audio can be directed towards the viewing audience for the optimum cinema experience.
For the most accurate sound, your listening position ideally needs to be in line with the high-frequency response (treble). Without this, some of the audio's precision is lost.

How to Power
The C265 requires an amplifier and Monitor Audio recommends an amplifier power of between 20-75 watts. With an impedance rating of 6 Ohms, the C265-IDC is capable of reproducing a frequency range of 60Hz-30kHz.
Our recommended pairing is with the Sonos Amp for easy set-up and wireless music control.
Connect via 2-core speaker cable. Our recommended cable for runs under 30m is the 16 gauge 2 core speaker cable.
