We do offer extended warranties free of charge on certain brands to add extra value to our customers by giving you more piece of mind with your purchase, please find this information on individual product pages. In the event of a claim, please contact Smart Home Sounds.
Any extended warranty offered by Smart Home Sounds is free. We or our suppliers do not include any form of insurance terms such as accidental damage or loan equipment cover.
All guarantees/warranties can only be fulfilled for goods purchased and delivered within the UK. In order for us to conduct a claim on goods taken outside of the UK, the you will be required to return the goods at your own expense. Following a claim, goods are only available to be re-delivered to a UK address.
Free guarantees provided for TVs, are provided by the manufacturer/supplier and are bound by their own individual terms and conditions. If you need further clarification, please get in touch.
If a brand deems a product to be faulty due to negligence we will adhere to their terms and conditions.

We endeavour to provide the best service possible & go the extra mile. We are so impressed with the build quality of Sonos, we offer an automatic 6-year extended warranty on all Sonos speakers* at no extra cost, giving you complete peace of mind.
If your product becomes faulty in the first 6 years from purchase, we will repair or replace your unit with a brand new item. If the product is unrepairable and the model purchased is no longer available, you will be issued with a store credit for the full value paid of the failed product.
*Excludes Sonos headphones
The good news is you don't need to follow any additional steps to activate your extended 6-year warranty. No paperwork is required as this process is done digitally.

For a risk-free purchase, we’ve given you 30 days to test out your new items and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to refund your order with no questions asked.
Return costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the purchaser as our standard shipping is free.
All we ask is that all items are sent back as received, in their original condition and with the original packaging, manuals & components.

Rega products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacture defects.
Every product Rega make is designed and assembled in the UK to the highest possible standard.
This warranty covers genuine confirmed manufacture defects.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear.
Any unauthorised modifications or failure to follow the Rega recommended guidelines may invalidate the warranty.
Please see your user manual for detailed warranty information for your particular product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
