We are overjoyed and incredibly humbled to let you know that Smart Home Sounds has been shortlisted for:
2019 UK E-Commerce Website of the Year in the Electrical Appliances / Electronics category.
The esteemed award is in celebration of e-commerce and online retailing companies with a success story to share. For more than 7 years we’ve been exclusively selling the very brand we as staff love and use ourselves.
There is no product on our website that we are not passionate about, which is why we don’t need to sell the product, we actively enjoy the conversations we do have.
Other significant rating factors are based on the user experience, creativity and functionality of the website, which are all things we’ve focused on in the past year to get us to this stage.
We have always been passionate about providing informative content and helping our customers every step along the way. Both our blog and customer service channels support this mission.
Over the years, we are proud to have filled many customer’s homes with the joy of music for a long time now, and this nomination recognises the continued hard work we’ve put into knowing the Sonos system inside out, offering our customers great service and working to make our website as informative, friendly and easy to use as possible.
Above all this, we want to take this opportunity to thank the most important element of our journey; you, our loyal customers. Without you, we simply would not be what we are today.
