If we drop our prices between 01.11.2024 and the 02.12.2024, simply get in touch and we will refund you the difference. T&Cs apply.
Ts & Cs
- Claims apply to sales made between 1st November - 2nd December 2024.
- Claims must be submitted by midnight on 2nd December 2024.
- Claims apply to like for like purchases (including colour variations)
- Refunds will be issues to the original payment method within 14 working days of making a claim.
- Refunds involving purchases using Finance as a payment method will be credited against your finance account.
- Price drop refunds exclude any additional promotional activity.

Buying a gift for someone this Christmas? We've got you covered with our extended holiday return window until January 31st 2025.
Valid on orders placed between 1st November 2024 - 22nd January 2025.
How does it work?
- If a gift is unwanted, customers must contact Smart Home Sounds by the 31st January 2025 via phone, email or live chat. Our team will assist you in the returns process.
- Items must be fully unopened and sealed. Return postage will be at the cost of the customer.
