Waterproof IP57 Rating

A high IP rating of IP57 makes the E8 sport earbuds suitable for exposure to both dust and water, allowing you to hit the trails or workout in the rain without worrying about your earbuds getting damaged. This high weather rating also allows you to briefly run the E8 Sports under water to rinse off any dirt or sweat.

An IP Rating of 57 protects the earbuds against immersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. Though these earbuds aren’t suited for use whilst swimming, it is reassuring to know that you could drop them in a puddle or wear them whilst relaxing in the bath without worry. 

Sport-Ready Design

The E8 sports have truly been designed with sport in mind. Fit has been put at the forefront of the design, with a variety of different silicone ear tips and soft fins supplied for a secure fit for any ear size. We love to see this in a sport-ready wireless earbud as fit is truly put to the test during extended exercise and movement.

Both the earbuds and carry case have a textured exterior making them easy to grip and adjust during movement or adverse weather conditions.

Extended Battery Life

Much like the E8 3rd gen earbuds from B+O, battery life has been extended giving you a massive 7 hours of playback time from the buds alone or 30 hours when charged in the accompanying carry case. A clever ‘Quick Charge’ feature has also been introduced to give you an impressive 1.5 hours of extra charge from just 15 minutes of charge time.

The E8 Sports are also fully Qi Certified for safe and reliable wireless charging using any Qi charging pad. 

Intuitive Features

Transparency mode has been introduced on the new E8 Sports, allowing you to tune in to your surroundings at a simple tap of the left ear bud. Whether crossing the road or chatting to a friend, it’s easy to check in with the outside world without needing to take out and put away your earbuds.

The E8 Sports also combine specialised beamforming technology with 4 inbuilt microphones to achieve better sound quality during calls. You’ll sound clear and loud on the other end of the phone no matter what’s going on around you.
